White-Label Cloud Softphone Publication

A softphone project owner needs to understand the app publication requirements of the stores before submitting an app. This process can be complex and time-consuming. To assist, Acrobits offers an optional service called Full Service. The details of this service are decribed in the Acrobits App Submission and Publication Service section.

This section summarizes the process, requirements, and materials required to use this Full Service for submission and publication to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Mac App Store, and Microsoft Store.

Process Overview

The following diagram illustrates an overview of the white-labeled app submission and review processes within the Cloud Softphone portal and various app stores. The details may vary by store policies. With Full Service, our App Release team handles communications with app store(s) to publish the app (highlighted with the rounded rectangular in the Option 2 process). Once approved, the app is published and made available for download through that store.

Acrobits App Submission and Publication Service

Subscribing to Full Service enables our App Release team to manage the submission and publication process for various app stores on behalf of Cloud Softphone project owners. This service includes a setup fee and monthly fees, covering both the initial publication and any subsequent revisions of the app to the store(s).

To include this service in your project:

  • Select Full Service in the Features & Pricing section on the Cloud Softphone portal.

  • Create a user account for Acrobits representative with access to your developer account on the desired app store(s).

For detailed submission requirements, refer to the Preparing for App Store Submissions section.

Preparing for App Store Submissions

The requirements listed in this section apply to both app store evaluation and app promotion in the store(s). Our App Release team submits the required items to the app store(s), reviews the developer account, and submit the app for app store(s) review once ready.

App stores requirements are updated periodically. Our App Release team notifies the project owners via the Cloud Softphone portal when additional actions are required.
