Cloud Softphone Configuration for BroadSoft¶
This guide explains which configuration values are required to start a BroadSoft proof of concept with Acrobits Cloud Softphone.
The basic integration enables SIP provisioning for Cloud Softphone mobile and desktop apps using BroadSoft XSI APIs and BroadSoft device profiles.
Required Configuration Properties¶
To start the BroadSoft POC, provide the following values to your Acrobits representative:

Make sure the profile names and file names match the values configured in the BroadSoft environment. If they do not match, Cloud Softphone provisioning cannot retrieve the correct device configuration for the user.
Network Access¶
Review the CloudSoftphone services IP allowlist before enabling the integration.
Choose which Cloud Softphone UC Connector region the customer wants to use. Allowlist all IP addresses for one connector region based on the customer's preferred location. Customers normally do not need to allowlist both regions unless they explicitly want both connectors available for migration or failover.

The BroadSoft environment must allow all IP addresses for the selected UC Connector region.
The Cloud Softphone login service must also be reachable:

In addition, allow all SIPIS IP addresses listed in the SIPIS IP list. SIPIS must be able to communicate with the SIP registrar over the SIP ports used by the deployment, typically 5060 or 5061.
Test Accounts¶
Provide two working BroadSoft test accounts for Acrobits. These accounts should be suitable for validating login, SIP provisioning, registration, and basic calling behavior.

Before validation begins, confirm that the selected UC Connector region is allowlisted, login.cloudsoftphone.com is reachable, and all SIPIS IP addresses from the allowlist are allowed by the BroadSoft SIP infrastructure.
