Guest Mode Browser Compatibility

Video Conferencing relies on certain features in a web browser to be able to function properly. As such only the following Platform and Browser combinations are currently supported when joining a video conference as a Guest [1]. You can always join as a Host [2] from any platform that supports the host Cloud Softphone app or WebRTC.

Note

[1]You are using Guest Mode if you join a conference by opening the invitation link directly in a browser.
[2]You are using Host Mode if you join or create a conference using a Cloud Softphone application on iOS, Android, Desktop or WebRTC.

[4]Safari on macOS may have a degraded experience compared to Chrome or Edge. It is recommended to use either of those browsers whenever possible.
[5]While Safari on iOS is the only supported browser for Guest Mode, users may still have a degraded experience compared to using the Cloud Softphone app.
