Guest Mode Browser Compatibility
================================

Video Conferencing relies on certain features in a web browser to be able to function properly. As 
such only the following Platform and Browser combinations are currently supported when joining a 
video conference as a Guest [#]_. You can always join as a Host [#]_ from any platform that supports the host
Cloud Softphone app or WebRTC.

         directly in a browser.
  
  .. [#] You are using **Host Mode** if you join or create a conference using a Cloud Softphone 
         application on iOS, Android, Desktop or WebRTC.

   supported at the moment. As we continue to improve our compatibility, support for certain 
   combinations may improve or eventually be added in the future.

  .. [#] Safari on macOS may have a degraded experience compared to Chrome or Edge. It is 
           recommended to use either of those browsers whenever possible.

  .. [#] While Safari on iOS is the only supported browser for Guest Mode, users may still have a
           degraded experience compared to using the Cloud Softphone app.
