All costs are detailed in the **Features & Pricing** section when you are selecting features for your Cloud Softphone app on the Cloud Softphone portal. .. raw:: html ---------------------------- Per-User Billing Explanation ---------------------------- The four optional items are charged per user on a monthly basis based on their unique SIP-ID. Each user's SIP-ID at the SIP level serves as their unique identifier. For instance, if the user "John Doe" has the SIP-ID 1234568\@myvoipserver.com on the server, that ID will consistently be used for billing purposes. For the users of desktop, mobile devices, and Turnkey messaging, their activity is tracked over a 30-day cycle. If a user registers at least once within this period, they are considered a valid billable user. However, if a user inactive during this period, such as being on vacation, they will not be billed. For the Video Conferencing, only the Host incurs a flat monthly fee. Invitees and guests are excluded from any charges. Consider the example of John Doe, who owns three mobile devices all registered with the same SIP ID (1234568\@myvoipserver.com). In this scenario, John Doe will only be charged once for the usage of all three devices since they share the same SIP-ID. The same principle applies to desktop, conferencing, and messaging services. While these services may have their own pricing tiers, the logic remains consistent: we charge per SIP-ID, not per device. After each billing cycle concludes, we will provide you with detailed invoices. Additionally, you will receive a .csv file that you can utilize with your own billing systems for reconciliation purposes.
